GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

Your instructor should be your first point of contact and support for any questions or concerns you have about any training. Any student that has a grievance of any kind against CRAWFORD Weld Training may immediately seek resolution in writing or verbally from his or her instructor, or the owner. The grievance must be addressed and resolved within 3 days of the time that it was received by any party named above. A student that is not satisfied with the grievance resolution may contact the Missouri Department of Higher Education.

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND POLICY

A student terminating their training after the cancellation period, but is still within their 2nd week of training, will receive an 80% refund of the tuition.
A student terminating training during the 3rd week to the end of the 6th week of the training will receive a 65% refund.
A student terminating their training after the 6th week will receive a 50% refund.
A student terminating their training after they have completed half (10 weeks) of the training will receive no refund. If the student is of minor age, notice of termination must be made to the legal guardian of said student.

STUDENT TRANSCRIPT INSURANCE POLICY

A student, by written request, shall be given or mailed an official transcript upon satisfactory completion of the program at no expense to the student. The transcript shall accurately
identify the name of the student, name and address of the school, the exact award conferred and the date the award was issued. The official transcript issuance shall have the name, title and signature of the authorized school official and the date of issuance. CRAWFORD Weld Training may not refuse to issue a transcript unless the transcript is destroyed by act of nature.
